Internal Dialogue

!

There is an ever-present dialogue that takes place in all creatures that use language. For healthy, well-adjusted people that dialogue is filled with positive statements about themselves, the people around them and the universe they live in. For others, this internal conversation is filled with negativity. They don't trust themselves, their feelings, other people or life. For these people, life is a daily dose of misery and drudgery. Many of your fellow humans, most notably those in: mental hospitals; prisons; reform schools; and menial, boring, life draining jobs, have internal dialogues that are literally bankrupt of the possibility that is each human being.

Wow, I sure haven't written in awhile!! To sum up the rest of the trip (mainly Italy) it was awesome. Italy is a beautiful country. We rented a car and drove down the coast--Pompei--Sarento---Salareno. We saw Mt.Vasvious, drove up the volcano but didn't get to go in it. New Years Eve was fun in Rome, minus Martin getting his wallet stolen. It was crazy. Saw the colesium, vatican city, sistine chaple, the old city that Mt.V covered 1000's of years ago. The oldest ruin we saw in rome was dated at 400 B.C. WOW, I was in complete awe of something that old. I got sick right before we left Italy and the plane poped my eardrums out. We waited in the airport in Frankfurt for 3 days until we finally got 2 seats in First Class. That was fun, we were treated like rolalty, I had rack of lamb for lunch. The stewardess gave us a bottle of champange because we were the nicest first class people she had ever served. She was so nice, she even gave me her only ear plugs. She had to go into her suit case to get them. What a nice lady. We finally got back and I had to goto a workshop for SDA 101 instructors. School is in its 3rd week already. Oh my God I need to start my thesis!! It's Missy and I's five year anniversay, I'm just waiting for her right now, I got us a hotel room and put roses all over the room with hersey's kisses, oh did I mention the hot tub? Well Josh's bands playing tonight, that's going to be exciting. It should be packed!! Well, I hope Missy gets here soon. Oh ya the new Sonic Youth album is awesome!! Check ya later homeslice blog.
